These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for work and services (in particular conversion, fitting and retrofit work on vehicles) as well as the sale of goods between Calin Muntean (Vankraft) (the "Provider") and the customer.
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is only concluded through an individual offer from the Provider and its acceptance by the customer, usually by e-mail or in writing. Price information on the website is, unless expressly marked as a fixed price, a non-binding guide value.
The prices stated in the individual offer apply. All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made upon invoicing, unless otherwise agreed.
Mobile services are performed at the agreed location. The customer ensures that the vehicle is accessible, clean and suitable for the work.
Agreed dates are binding insofar as they have been expressly confirmed as binding. Delays due to force majeure, weather or circumstances for which the customer is responsible extend the execution period appropriately.
The statutory warranty rights apply. For work services, the warranty period is two years from acceptance. Obvious defects must be reported immediately after acceptance.
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
Delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
