The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract (for services) or from the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods (for delivery of goods).

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
