When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, browser type and operating system, and the referrer URL. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website). This data is not merged with other data sources.
Hosting and content delivery network (Cloudflare): This website uses the services of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare provides a content delivery network (CDN) and security functions through which traffic between your browser and our website is routed. In doing so, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (in particular the IP address) to deliver content quickly and securely and to defend against attacks (e.g. DDoS). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and performant provision of the website). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with Cloudflare. This website uses self-hosted fonts. No fonts are loaded from external servers (e.g. Google Fonts). When the page is loaded, no connection to third-party servers is established for font delivery and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set a technically necessary security cookie (e.g. "__cf_bm" or "cf_clearance") that serves bot defence and security. This cookie is required for the secure operation of the website and does not require consent (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). No profiles are created for advertising purposes.
This website uses Fathom Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service by Conva Ventures Inc. (Canada). Fathom uses no cookies and creates no personal profiles. No cross-device or cross-site tracking takes place.

The IP address is processed only briefly to generate an anonymous, non-traceable count and is not stored. Fathom processes data through an EU isolation layer (EU endpoint), so processing takes place within the EU.
